End of February/Early March is also the time when Kapok Trees bloom. Baihe is known not only for its blooming lotuses but also for Kapok Road. We visit this place every year. During this period, nearby roads are blocked, so you need to find a place to park in the nearby town and walk there or wait until 5 PM for the roads to open. We spent a lot of time driving around since it was impossible to drive in. We went to town and came back in the evening when the roads opened at 5:20 PM. I think we came a little late. The flowers looked beautiful during sunset, but it quickly became dark.

If you go further south, you can also visit Xuejia. Hollyhocks are about to start blooming, but we went there a little too early. I might update in the future if the flowers are in full bloom. They have already decorated the area with many decorations. Last year, it was quite busy there.
